This paradigm shift is challenging traditional notions of authenticity through precise chemical replication.Singapore-based ChemoPower (a member company of iEASG), together with its sister company M.IT Group, is revolutionizing whisky production with globally unique digital technology. Traditional whisky production is costly, time-consuming (requiring years of aging), and heavily reliant on scarce master blenders.

ChemoPower’s core technology, SmartDalton, efficiently analyzes hundreds of chemical compounds in whisky. Building on this, its AI-driven molecular replication technology can accurately reproduce the molecular structure of target spirits using existing raw materials. This additive-free process achieves the flavor effects of traditional years-long barrel aging in just weeks to months.The digital process drastically reduces production costs (to just 30% of traditional methods) and shortens the production cycle from years to months, while ensuring high stability in premium-quality output (with a premium yield rate exceeding 80%) and significantly reducing reliance on master blenders.
