On the morning of November 19th, Zhang Huajun, President of the Singapore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, Zhu Yi, Vice President of the Singapore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, Secretary-General of the Global Nobel Laureate Innovation Center and Secretary-General of the Nobel Laureate Life Science Research Institute, the Vice President and Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Association, the Lifetime Honorary Deputy Secretary-General of the China National Archaeological Site Park Alliance and the Chief Commander of the Exhibition Project of the Liangzhu Museum, Chen Shoutian, the only consultant for the application of the Beijing Central Axis for World Heritage status, and Tao Yuxia, assistant to Liu Xinyuan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, visited the Silk Museum. Ge Jiangang, the curator of the museum, accompanied them during the visit and provided explanations. The group had a discussion and exchange on topics such as giving play to the role of museums, inter-museum exchanges and cooperation, and the development of cultural and creative products related to intangible cultural heritage.
11月19日上午，新加坡创新创业协会会长张华俊，新加坡创新创业协会副会长、全球诺贝尔奖获得者创新中心秘书长、诺贝尔奖获得者生命科学研究院秘书长朱乙，浙江省文物保护利用协会副会长、秘书长，中国国家考古遗址公园联盟终身荣誉副秘书长、良渚博物院展览工程总指挥，北京中轴线申遗工作唯一顾问陈寿田，中国科学院院士刘新垣助理陶钰霞等一行参观丝绸博物馆，馆长葛建纲陪同参观讲解。一行人就发挥博物馆作用、馆际交流合作、非遗文创开发等主题进行了座谈交流。
