Mr. Yang Yong

Yang Yong, a graduate of Xi’an Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, is a versatile high-tech management talent with a long-term overseas residence, innovative mindset, and pioneering abilities. He boasts extensive and successful experience in leading and managing multinational teams, as well as entrepreneurial experience in overseas high-tech companies. During his tenure at the Republic Polytechnic in Singapore, as the Chief Software Architect and Project Director, he spearheaded the design of a globally leading PBL-based paperless education software system.

In 2008, he founded a high-tech software company in Singapore, which subsequently thrived into a system developer and service provider for the national secondary school entrance examination and enrollment system of the Singapore Ministry of Education. He designed and oversaw the development of Singapore’s national digital enrollment and application platform. Possessing the globally recognized title of Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Singapore Computer Society. Multiple papers authored by him have been published in prestigious international journals and conferences. He is credited with pioneering the Locally Distributed Linear Embedding Artificial Intelligence Algorithm, which he first introduced in the field of recognition, and his work has been cited over 200 times. To date, he has acquired 26 software copyrights.

杨勇，本科毕业于西安交通大学，研究生毕业于新加坡国立大学计算机硕士。作为长期旅居海外的富有创新意识和开拓能力的复合型高科技管理人才，拥有丰富的领导和管理跨国团队的成功经验，并具有海外高科技公司的创业经历。在新加坡共和理工学院工作期间，作为新加坡共和理工学院的首席软件构架师及项目总监，主持设计了全球领先的基于PBL的无纸化教育软件体系。2008年在新加坡创办高科技软件公司并成功地发展成为新加坡教育部全国中考报考录取系统的系统开发商及服务提供商，设计并主持开发了新加坡国家级数字化报考录取报名平台。已获得全球认证项目管理师头衔，是国际电工电子协会（IEEE）会员, 新加坡计算机协会会员，先后有多篇论文在国际著名期刊杂志、国际会议上发表，在世界上首次提出了局部分布式线性嵌入人工智能算法并应用于识别领域，文章先后被引用两百余次。已取得软件著作权26项。
