On Dec 12, 2024, Mr. Yang Yong, Vice President of the Singapore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, led a delegation to visit the World Presidents Conference Organizing Committee. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and Singapore in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, and to jointly explore new development opportunities.

The delegation received a warm reception from the World Presidents Conference Organizing Committee. During the visit, both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on various aspects such as the innovation and entrepreneurship environment, policy support, and project cooperation. Vice President Yang Yong expressed that Singapore, as an innovation and entrepreneurship hub in Asia, has been committed to creating a good innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This visit aimed to establish long-term cooperation with the World Presidents Conference Organizing Committee and jointly promote in-depth cooperation between China and Singapore in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Liu Jiang, Chairman of the World Presidents Conference Organizing Committee, warmly welcomed the arrival of Vice President Yang Yong and his delegation, and introduced the development history and achievements of the World Presidents Conference. He stated that the World Presidents Conference is a global exchange platform aimed at promoting exchanges and cooperation among countries in the economic, cultural, technological, and other fields. He hoped to establish close cooperation with the Singapore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association to jointly promote the prosperous development of China and Singapore in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Both sides also conducted preliminary discussions on potential future cooperation projects and reached multiple cooperation intentions. This visit not only enhanced mutual understanding between China and Singapore in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides.
